“And what were they calling about anyway?”

“They were asking for Supernatural Sister Sleuths. I told them we’d do it.”

  “Do what?”

“I don’t know. I told them to call back with the details, remember? I didn’t have time to sit around and chitchat; I had to get back to the wedding.”

Seriously, Violet? I shook my head. Clare turned around and faced us with a funny look on her face. Oh no. Had we ruined the day we so desperately tried to save? “Oh, Clare. I am so—”

She burst into tears. “That was just perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Thank you! I love you both so much!”

She embraced us tightly then danced off with her new husband, shoes whizzing and whipping all over the place.

  Perfect?

Not the word I would’ve chosen to describe this day.

  Normal?

  Definitely.

Just your average Big Day in Bigfoot Bay.

Curious to get a peek inside this mysterious journal?

Not just anyone can be privy to the town’s secrets.

The late Walter Jones, aka Bigfoot Bay’s secret keeper, diligently kept journal entries about the resident magicals. Some as recent as the moment of his untimely death. Some as ancient as the beginning of Bigfoot Bay itself. And some just plain disturbing.

Samm would never give full access to all his private musings, of course; she does have a responsibility to uphold harmony in the town. If she allowed the journal to become public knowledge to all the non-magicals, pandemonium could ensue.

Especially, when there are still so many of the writings she hasn’t been able to decipher yet.

But there are just as many that she has.

  Just one caveat…

The journal is currently unobtainable. Samm suspects a great number of reasons why this is the case, each one more outrageous than the next. It is Bigfoot Bay, after all…

As soon as they become available, the exclusive, private entries will be sent to your inbox to be viewed… privately.

  So, what’s next?

Samm and Violet and the rest of the town will carry on!

This latest novella you just read was meant to be a bridge between the first five in the series and all the ones to come.

Now that Samm has returned to Bigfoot Bay for good, and Violet has her witch legs back, albeit wobbly, the two are pairing up as Supernatural Sister Sleuths (even if Samm doesn’t know it yet).

With the help of Violet’s training and her new frog familiar, Samm is ready to reclaim her full natural-born magical powers.

If only things were that simple…

Ready to continue on this wacky ride?

The next book will be released soon. If you want to stay updated on all definite release dates when they become available, feel free to sign up for my list.

  About the Author

Cat Larson never has to look further than her own backyard for inspiration - her small, eccentric Midwestern town with its own cast of colorful characters provides plenty of fuel for her imagination.

She’s surrounded by acres of untamed forest and lakes with no shortage of peculiar creatures to write about. While sipping her first of many cups of coffee for the day and popping handfuls of wild blueberries, Cat is greeted by the extended family of frogs who share her land.

However, unlike her stories, none of these frogs were once human (that she’s aware of).
